I came through campus placement, and I was shortlisted after the first technical aptitude and coding round.

The role’s expected tech stack seemed to center on C++ and Linux, and the interview experience felt very much like a fundamentals gate.

Once I passed that first round, the process continued, but I didn’t end up getting the offer. Still, I remember the overall feeling: if someone had the basic C++ and Linux knowledge down, it was portrayed as something that could be cleared, and that matched how the early screening was framed.
