I applied online and, within about a week, received an email for a HackerRank coding challenge.

A week later, I had an HR call with the lead recruiter where we talked about the role and what the next steps would look like.

After that, I was scheduled for an HR interview with the lead software developer, and the call wrapped up in under half an hour. From that point onward, I felt like I was just pushed into a black hole—no updates, no emails, and no one answered when I tried to call the recruiter. It bothered me that I had already reached a later stage without any courtesy of a clear rejection, and I didn’t end up with an offer.
