San Ramon, CAPosted Mar 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter reached out to me through my LinkedIn profile, and after about a week I had a phone conversation with a senior team member.

That was followed by another phone call, this time with the CTO, and the whole thing moved quickly enough that I felt like I was being taken seriously.

After roughly two weeks, I was pulled into an onsite experience with a group of five people, then there was yet one more phone conversation focused on coding and technical topics. By the time I got to the end of that loop, I did receive an offer, and it felt directly tied to the feedback and constraints I had asked for earlier.
