The biggest challenge in my process wasn’t the technical part—it was how the recruiter handled communication and timing.

I experienced a period where the recruiter was hard to reach and slow to respond, often taking several days and only replying after I followed up. Even though other people I interacted with were fine, that unresponsiveness made the whole journey feel murky, and I never ended up with an offer.

I also ran into a very confusing workflow where the process seemed to change midstream. I started with an internal recruiter who asked me to contact directly by phone, and then once the interviews were agreed on, everything shifted into a dial-in conference setup with a bunch of confusing instructions.
