I had an easier, structured set of three rounds where the overall difficulty felt manageable, and the only negotiation step came with HR for salary discussion.

Technical round(s) — three rounds total with two technical evaluations.
Managerial round — a managerial fit/behavior component.
HR for salary negotiation — HR handled salary expectations; the record mentions market-standard compensation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the bar felt reasonable if my resume matched the basics and I negotiated within the stated range.
