I had a fairly standard multi-round technical process where SQL and project/web services were central, and the interviews felt medium difficulty with hands-on question work.

HR round — Behavioral and fit questions, including how I handle situations.
Hiring manager / team technical — Deep questions about the tech stack plus a coding exercise.
Technical round (SQL + programming) — SQL topics like joins and index concepts, plus a scenario requiring writing queries.
Technical round (project + web services) — Focus shifted to project discussion and web services, with fewer pure SQL questions.
Outcome: No offer; I left feeling the evaluation was more strongly driven by SQL correctness and project/web understanding than just general
