FIS Software Engineer interview experience

The first thing he told me was that the job description wasn’t accurate—he said it was combining two different roles they were hiring for.

After that, he spent about the whole call talking about himself and the situation, without asking me any questions about my background or experience. It felt like an enormous waste of time because the conversation didn’t move toward evaluation.

I didn’t get an offer, and the reflection I’m left with is that the mismatch between what I expected from an interview and what happened on the call made it hard to see any real interest.
