I experienced a structured, interview-day style process that leaned moderate overall, combining assessments, a live technical conversation, and an HR screen.

Aptitude + DSA assessment — three sequential rounds began with aptitude plus two moderate DSA problems.
Technical interview (~40–45 min) — a live session on practical coding/program understanding.
HR interview — questions about personality traits plus how I align with company values and culture.
Recruiter coordination and follow-up tech — I also had a recruiter call that led to a technical interview with an engineer focused on a Python coding challenge and discussion of my code.
Single in-person interview (smaller process) — another time it was essentially one
