Milwaukee, WIPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started with a recruiter and then moved into speaking with the hiring manager.

The conversations were smooth, and I felt comfortable discussing both my background and what I was looking for.

The hiring manager and recruiter both gave clear insight into what to expect from the role, so it didn’t feel like I was walking in blind. The questions were grounded enough that I could connect my experience to their needs rather than answering in a vacuum.

It still didn’t lead to an offer, but the overall tone and clarity made it feel like a respectful process.
