I interviewed for Software Engineer in an average-difficulty process that mixed C++ fundamentals with a managerial motivation screen.

Telephonic technical round — C++ basics plus data structures and algorithms, smart pointers, and STL; there were also puzzles.
Managerial round — why I wanted to join, my location, and future planning, alongside some discussion of puzzles/problems I’d faced professionally. Outcome: No offer; I felt the rounds were focused, but I wasn’t selected after the motivation and technical screens.
