I went through a short, fairly smooth process that combined technical evaluation with a more real-world behavioral stage, though at least one experience ended with a disappointing administrative outcome.

Technical round — I was evaluated on technical skills through team-led discussion.
Group discussion / collaborative assessment — I had a session designed to test how I think and communicate in a group setting.
Hiring manager / project manager behavioral round — I answered situational and behavioral questions focused on collaboration and handling real scenarios.
HR / follow-up — HR handled logistics like next steps and paperwork. Outcome: One path progressed cleanly, but another ended quickly with the role already filled before meaningful interviews.
