FIS Business Analyst interview experience

They told me they needed a college degree, and when that requirement came up, I realized it wasn’t listed on the posting or on the details I had seen in advance.

Since the degree requirement wasn’t communicated to me beforehand, they didn’t proceed with the interview at all. It felt like a sudden dead end rather than a fair checkpoint.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest thing I remember is how the missing requirement changed everything at the last moment.
