Denver, COPosted Jul 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied for an entry-level Software Engineer role and the whole thing felt short and straightforward.

The recruiter reached out really quickly—just a couple of days after I applied—and scheduled a video Zoom interview. She was welcoming and upbeat about my background, and the questions stayed pretty basic and situation-based.

The only interview round focused on things like my strengths and weaknesses, with a calm, simple flow. I didn’t get dragged into anything deep technically. The process moved fast after that: I received an offer the following week. Overall it felt easy to present myself, and the timeline made it seem like they were moving efficiently from start to finish.
