I went through a multi-round process that combined several technical touchpoints with leadership-facing conversations, and HR ultimately followed with an offer-style call.

Online technical round — I started with an online technical interview.
Onsite technical rounds — I continued with more technical discussions on-site.
Manager round — I talked through my experience and how I approach problems.
Director round — I met additional leadership for a broader assessment.
HR follow-up — After interviews, HR called to deliver the offer. Outcome: Offer received, and the takeaway was that leadership rounds mattered as much as technical depth.
