I had a quick, fundamentals-friendly interview flow with separate technical, managerial, and HR conversations over just a couple of days.

Technical round — straightforward Java-focused questions centered on basics and fundamental understanding.
Managerial round — discussion tied to my project experience and how I handled work scenarios.
HR round — a standard HR conversation to close out fit and logistics.
Process timing — the whole loop was described as fast (typically 2–3 days) with the offer decision communicated shortly after.
Outcome — Outcome: No offer; despite the process feeling simple, I didn’t convert to an offer.
