My process included one manager interview for the division I would be placed in.

It was short—around 15 to 20 minutes—and it was mostly a question-and-answer conversation.

It didn’t feel like a technical gauntlet. Instead, the discussion stayed on general alignment and fit for the role and team, guided by the manager’s questions.

I received an offer. Honestly, the simplicity of the format surprised me; it felt like they were confident enough to keep it brief rather than dragging it into multiple rounds.
