Financial Software & Systems Software Engineer interview experience

After that first qualification step, the next rounds followed a fairly standard order: a group discussion, then two technical rounds, and finally an HR interview. The whole thing was presented as something that was easy for a fresher to crack.

The technical expectations were framed around whether I could clear the qualification bar, and the path didn’t feel chaotic or overly complex. Overall, the process stood out to me as straightforward rather than intimidating.

I left it feeling like the steps were predictable and I matched well with what they asked at each stage. I got an offer.
