My first step was an OA that covered a mix of coding and thinking-through explanations.

It included actual coding plus algorithm explanations, and there were also multiple-choice questions on fundamental topics.

After I finished that, I moved into a technical interview that returned me to projects, and then the conversation blended in HR-related questions as well. The process ended with an HR round. Overall it felt like the company kept things fairly standard: fundamentals first, then back to real experience, and finally behavioral fit. The difficulty felt average, and I left the technical parts feeling like I had to balance both solving and communicating how I reasoned.
