Before the interview, I had already completed a coding challenge, and that led to an invitation to interview.

The conversations I had afterward felt genuinely engaging, and the tone was positive.

After the interview, they provided constructive feedback, which honestly made the experience feel more respectful than a typical black-box process. It was the kind of follow-up that helped me understand what worked and what didn’t.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the main reflection I had was that the process felt thoughtful and human, even though I wasn’t selected.
