Fetch Mobile Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Negative

PhilippinesPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience was marked by how the interview itself felt.

The way the interviewer interacted came across as condescending and demeaning, and the whole style felt more like interrogation than a conversation.

I left that interaction feeling like I’d dodged a bad fit. The tone was so negative that it outweighed everything else—there wasn’t any sense of mutual respect or genuine interest in what I could do.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and I didn’t feel compelled to chase it. I ultimately walked away thinking that the process reflected poorly on the environment and how they treat people, not on my ability.
