Madison, WIPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through the early testing step and then got scheduled for an interview date.

The interview itself felt polite and straightforward, and I didn’t leave feeling totally blindsided by any problems.

Still, the next day I got rejected. The sequence felt like I’d been considered, interviewed, and then dismissed quickly afterward, with no detailed explanation beyond the fact that they weren’t moving forward. I was left pretty deflated by how fast it turned, especially because the interaction beforehand hadn’t given me a clear signal that the decision had already been made.
