I did an interview that felt pretty standard for the field.

They asked about my previous experiences, skills, salary expectations, distance to the company, and even courses and other background items. HR and the area manager were both friendly and polite, and I received some feedback.

Even though things went smoothly and I had a decent experience, I didn’t accept the proposal. The main thing I remember is that while the communication felt respectful, the final offer didn’t work for me.
