After I applied online, I scheduled around the recruiter’s availability request.

The actual screening was a technical interview over Zoom on Coderpad. The format was quick and direct: a few minutes of pleasantries and then straight into technical questions, with the interviewer staying collaborative rather than adversarial.

I wasn’t sure what to do for follow-up because I never received responses to emails I sent, even after I tried to check when I’d hear back. I ultimately got a rejection email about two weeks later. I remember the interview itself felt fine, but the lack of communication afterwards left the overall experience sour.
