After I got called in, I went through an extremely brief interview that didn’t feel like a formal “process” at all.

It lasted under an hour, and most of the conversation centered on what my availability looked like—how many days and hours I could work and when I could start. The manager also explained how weekly pay worked, which made it feel like they were quickly getting logistics out of the way.

Before I left, I had to take a drug test. It was treated like a required step right at the end of the interview, and passing it seemed to be the main gate.
