After a quick recruiter call, I did a CodeSignal OA that lasted about 70 minutes, followed by a roughly three-hour block of back-to-back interviews: two technical rounds plus one behavioral round.

The technical questions were framed as approachable easy-to-mid LeetCode problems, mostly tied to data structures, and the whole panel came across as friendly and professional.

I remember feeling like I could get into a rhythm during the problem-solving, and the interviewers were engaged rather than stiff. When it was over, the process still felt organized and calm, which made the rejection sting a little less than it otherwise would have.
