After the recruiter call, my process basically moved straight toward a team-facing discussion.

It started with a video call with the recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes, and it felt like the goal was just to confirm fit and set expectations.

If that recruiter conversation went well, I was then told I would have an in-person meeting with the team and a technical interview. I didn’t end up getting to the later stages, but what stood out was how clearly the recruiter defined the path and timing.
