My process started with a 30-minute OA that was mostly LeetCode-style easy to medium problems.

Then I had a 30-minute video call where I was asked some behavioral questions and also technical questions spanning OOP, databases, and networking.

We also talked about the projects I had listed on my resume, which made it feel like the technical discussion wasn’t isolated—it was anchored to what I’d actually worked on. The overall structure was simple and quick, and while I didn’t get selected, it didn’t feel confusing or chaotic.
