I interviewed for FactSet Research Analyst with a fairly accounting-heavy sequence: written or online testing followed by technical rounds emphasizing core fundamentals and standards.

Written/online test — I started with a test focused on commerce/accounting basics.
Technical round — I was asked finance and accounting topics like depreciation, NPV/capital budgeting, and other instruments plus ratio-style concepts.
Additional technical round — A second technical discussion covered more of the same accounting/rules area.
HR questions (lighter) — HR-related questions appeared as a follow-up, but the bulk of the difficulty stayed technical. Outcome: No offer; I learned that being fluent in core accounting/finance concepts and ratios mattered more
