Factset Software Engineer interview experience

The people I met were generally nice, but something felt odd: they seemed to be checking whether I’d be willing to work late hours during the interview.

After the superday, they said they would follow up in a week. They didn’t—when I emailed two weeks later, I got a templated rejection with nothing else. The whole lack of follow-through rubbed me the wrong way because I’d already spent a lot of time interviewing, and even the rejection felt impersonal.
