My experience had a technical managerial round followed by an HR round.

The first interview lasted around two hours, and it focused on Java and Spring Boot alongside data structures. SQL questions were included in that same technical managerial block, so it felt like they wanted a blend of language/framework knowledge plus classic backend and data fundamentals.

The HR round came after, but the bulk of the time and the depth were in that long technical session. It ended without an offer, but I felt like the process was coherent and role-relevant.
