I came in through LinkedIn, and HR reached out to me through a LinkedIn message.

The process involved an HR interview, then a technical interview, and ultimately an offer—so the communication felt fairly quick and organized.

What I remember most is the recruiter tone: it was friendly and communicative, and even when I rejected the offer, the recruiter handled it professionally and stayed amiable. Another part of my experience mirrored that speed—after a virtual onsite that included technical and hiring manager discussion, I got an offer call the very next day. The whole pipeline felt fast from the moment I got engaged.
