Boulder, COPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview followed a pretty typical structure with multiple people and a few technical conversations, then behavior at the end.

I spoke with several interviewers across multiple technical interviews, and every technical round was framed around LeetCode-style easy problems.

After the technical parts, I did a behavioral interview. The overall vibe was surprisingly comfortable—everyone I talked to was kind and easy to talk with, and it didn’t feel confrontational.

I ended up getting an offer. Honestly, the process felt easy socially and technically, which made it much less stressful than interviews where you never know what to expect.
