I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an early assessment-heavy start (OA, psychometric, and group work) followed by interviews; difficulty felt average overall.

Online test — I completed an assessment combining domain questions with general aptitude, plus later psychometric evaluation.
Group discussion — I joined a GD around topics like technology’s role and future work preferences, with an emphasis on how I contribute as a teammate.
Behavioral + technical interview — I then did a final interview round blending HR-style questions and technical questions tied to the role. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was to communicate clearly during GD and be ready to translate your domain knowledge into structured answers.
