I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an average difficulty, and it included resume-walkthrough style questioning plus a proctored pre-interview process.

Team call (resume line-by-line) — I joined a call with other engineers; they described the role and then questioned me about my resume in detail.
Interviewer follow-ups — I was asked clarifying questions about everything I listed and how it connected to my fit for the role.
Assessment/proctored exercise (separate step) — I went through a registration and identity verification process for a structured exercise that was described as seamless and well handled.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and my takeaway was that being consistent and specific on your resume reduces risk
