I hit an early elimination after a multi-stage assessment plus group and technical rounds.

Online assessment — I completed an online test covering quantitative, English, and analytical skills.
Group discussion — I then joined a group discussion on privacy in the digital world.
Technical + HR rounds — The process continued into a combined technical and HR-style evaluation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that performance on the later rounds (after the initial assessments) was decisive.
