Extreme Networks Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Negative

New DelhiPosted Sep 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview itself went well, but the way it ended stuck with me.

After I was selected, an HR person got back to me in a way that felt rude and arrogant. The tone was so off that it was hard to believe how a large company handled communication like that.

I remember feeling genuinely shaken, especially because the earlier stages hadn’t left that impression at all. It felt like the interaction turned into humiliation over details instead of a respectful close to the process.

I didn’t end up with the positive experience I expected from being selected, and the main reflection I have is that the final communication made the whole thing feel less trustworthy
