I interviewed for a Software Engineer role through a walk-in event that felt very frustrating and poorly managed, even though the interview itself used a Teams call.

Walk-in day (process management) — I arrived in the morning and waited in multiple rooms for hours with no clear updates; it seemed one HR person ran the process.
Online interview via Microsoft Teams — Instead of a face-to-face walk-in conversation, the interview happened through a Teams call, leaving candidates unsure why the physical event was required. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that the biggest issue wasn’t difficulty of questions, but execution and communication during the day.
