I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in a three-part sequence (HR, technical, then manager), with a tough-but-fair overall feel.

HR interview — We discussed fit and background.
Technical interview — The technical portion was conducted across multiple languages (German, English, and Arabic) and focused on testing general character and communication.
Manager conversation — I finished with a manager discussion after roughly two hours total. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the company tested more than just technical ability—communication style under multilingual conditions mattered.
