I moved through a structured technical track that started with a 1-on-2 conversation and then pivoted into a take-home technical task.

The live technical portion covered my background, and it felt like they were checking fundamentals and how I approached problems before handing off the deeper work.

After that, I received a technical test to complete at home. It was expected to take about half a day up to a full day, and I had a real decision to make because there was also an option to do a shorter, one-hour technical test in their office instead. I ultimately didn’t get an offer, and the main feeling I took away was that the process emphasized getting specific output from you rather than extended discussion.
