I had an efficient interview pipeline for an Expleo Software Engineer role that quickly turned into frustration near the offer stage.

Two interviews — I completed two rounds and was invited to a third call to discuss the economic offer.
Offer follow-up (expected third call) — the scheduled compensation call never arrived, and my messages to the recruiting contacts weren’t answered.
Outcome: No offer came through, and the takeaway was that communication breakdowns at the end of the process can be as important as the interviews themselves.
