I tried for a Software Engineer role, but this path felt disorganized and frustrating, with an average difficulty on the questions.

Interviewer-driven conversation (role + background) — In one case, I had a first interaction where simple questions were asked and the interviewer seemed confused.
HR/manager loop with unclear structure — In another attempt, the interviews focused on salary expectations and past pay, but the role title and specifics weren’t always clear. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and my takeaway was that the process felt inconsistent—communication and scheduling issues overshadowed the interviews themselves.
