I interviewed for the Software Engineer role and went through a short two-step process that felt fairly straightforward.

Phone screen (technical) — a phone call lasting a bit over an hour focused on my experience plus technical questions tied to my expertise.
In-person interview — a face-to-face conversation that mirrored the phone screen’s style and content. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the interview structure felt easy to prepare for since it stayed centered on my background and core technical knowledge.
