I interviewed for the Software Engineer role and had delays and a lack of follow-through, with average difficulty but a disappointing timeline.

Online interview — I completed an initial online round.
Face-to-face requirement — They then requested an in-person interview that required me to take a day off.
Afterward (no communication + auto rejection) — After about a month of silence, I followed up and received an automated rejection reply without reasons. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that communication gaps can be as damaging as the interview outcome.
