JohannesburgPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in an average process that began with HR screening and included several structured steps, including a test.

Pre-selection (HR) — HR asked pre-screening questions and motivations.
Virtual interview — I joined a virtual interview.
Team/manager and senior HR meetings (on Teams) — I met senior HR and the tech manager on Teams and went through a test.
Written test + final interview — After the test, I completed a written assessment and then attended the final interview. Outcome: No offer mentioned; the takeaway is that the process was multi-touch and test-heavy.
