Expleo Group Software Engineer interview experience

PunePosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role through a long process and ended up without the offer even after verification, which made the experience feel difficult and deeply unprofessional.

Multi-round progression — The process lasted close to two months, and I cleared all rounds.
Document verification — I completed documentation verification and received confirmation.
Final HR outcome — Despite clearing everything, HR denied issuing the offer letter; multiple selected candidates reportedly faced the same issue. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that even successful interview completion can be undermined by HR follow-through.
