My early stage was an online Java test that seemed to run through a Codility-style platform.

It included around ten questions, and then I was invited to a 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview.

The timing was quick after that interview, and they offered me a role. What I found surprising was how short the loop felt between the coding screen and the live conversation. My overall reflection was that the process leaned decisive, and it ended with an offer fairly directly after the interview stage.
