My interview stretched over a long period, and it felt heavier than average mainly because there were multiple stages and there was very little reassurance along the way.

A screen involved speaking to a screen, and overall it was tough to get through the process initially—getting my CV accepted seemed to be a hurdle.

What made it feel difficult wasn’t just the effort required, but the lack of feedback during the process. I was left wondering how my answers were being judged, which made the experience feel more opaque than I expected. In the end, I didn’t progress, and the biggest takeaway was how hard it was to read their decision-making while waiting.
