Costa Mesa, CAPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ran into a video-style or timed online assessment where the biggest pressure point was the short duration.

I was only given about thirty minutes, and that time limit was what made the screen feel rough even though the content itself wasn’t described as brutally complex.

When I look back, my difficulty was less about not understanding the topics and more about not having enough breathing room to finish cleanly. It was still an opportunity to show thinking, but the pacing turned it into the hardest part of the process. I didn’t move forward, and the reflection that stayed with me was how a tight timer can outweigh knowledge.
