My interview centered on a technical chat with the manager or lead developer.

The conversation was broad but still technical, touching on general software engineering themes like React best practices, system design, and how agile work gets handled.

One topic that came up directly was GraphQL, including what kinds of problems it can help solve. It didn’t feel like a live coding gauntlet; it was more like a guided discussion where they were gauging how I connect tools to real needs.

The difficulty felt average, and the interviewer tone was generally friendly. I left without an offer, but I remember it as a conversation that was more about understanding my perspective
