Costa Mesa, CAPosted Apr 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After the earlier steps, I reached a video interview stage where the questions were timed very tightly.

There were about six prompts in total, each with roughly a minute to respond on the recording, and I could re-record for each question.

The questions didn’t feel trick-based. Knowing the structure helped me keep control of my answers—once I accepted the short time per prompt, I just focused on being clear and direct. Overall, it felt like a test of composure under time pressure rather than a mind game.
